Do I have to to undress for a PEMF treatment?

No, you will remain fully clothed. Wear something soft and comfortable, you will most likely be lying down during the treatment.

How long do PEMF treatments last?

PEMF treatments can last anywhere from 10 mins up to an hour. We usually suggest the whole hour to get the most benefit, but some circumstances require shorter treatments.

How can I optimize PEMF treatment?

Hydration is key to getting the most out of your PEMF treatments. Electrolytes and or a liquid vitamin right before treatments is a great way to optimize the results.
